  • Well, happy to say that my husband Richard joined me this morning (without a mini-band), for this new 10 minute glut workout. He had two comments, first, “I think I can manage these ten minute capsules”, second, “I’m really out of shape!” I think it’s a power packed glut workout that will definitely produce results. These short workouts are an excellent way for people like my husband to get back into training. They’re also great for squeezing in a quick workout on a busy day or to add on to a longer workout when we’re feeling like we’d like just a little more. Thanks for the versatility David.
