Strength, the quality or state of being physically strong! Strength is developed, physically and mentally in so many different ways. Our bodies are meant to move, and my philosophy is all about LOADED MOVEMENT TRAINING. Primal movement patterns, seven important movements our bodies are meant to do throughout life to promote healthy function, are loaded via gravity, dumbbells, tubing with handles, mini-bands, ankle and wrist weights. Loading these patterns, push, pull, bend, squat, lunge, twist, gait, helps us increase our functional capacity, deceases our risk of injury, and improves our ability to perform activities of daily living easily. Lastly, our muscles give us shape, tone, as well as an increased metabolism, and are the foundation of maximizing our well being and overall appearance. The workouts come in 10 minute, 30 minute and 50 minute versions. The 10 minute versions are meant to be added on to other workouts on days when you want a little extra.
