Lower Body Blast

14 Days – 30 Minutes – Strength:

Strengthen your lower body by improving your balance and agility with this 14-day program. Leg workouts engage the major muscle groups of your body which help support healthy movement patterns in your daily life. This program would not be complete without Cardio, Sculpt, Mobility Flow and Release.
