Cardio Conditioning workouts include body weight only athletic movements patterns designed to improve your cardiovascular system, burn calories, and improve/maintain overall physical function. Be ready to push, pull, bend, lunge, squat, and twist your way to a more efficient cardio respiratory system. These non-stop workouts will get your heart pumping, increase mood elevating endorphins and pump up your metabolism. These workouts come in 10 minute, 30 minute and 50 minute versions. The 10 minute versions are meant to be added on to other workouts on days when you want a little extra.
Cardio Rhythm:
Cardio Rhythm workouts are 30 min cardiovascular workouts with a dance/rhythm theme. A little less athletic and more rhythmic in nature.
Cardio/Strength:
Cardio/Strength workouts include both LOADED MOVEMENT TRAINING Strength focussed exercises as well as cardio conditioning body weight exercises in the same 50 min workout. The hybrid experience give you the best of both stamina and strength in one power packed package.
