Three types of workouts are included in this category:

Mobility Flow

Mo-Flow is a Yoga inspired workout focussed on mobility, stability and core strength. Mobility and stability of the ankle, knee, hip, lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck are all addressed in this strong yet quiet movement workout.

Sculpt

Sculpt workouts incorporate light loads aimed at improving stability, mobility and core strength and endurance. Inspired by Barre, Pilates, and Yoga classes, Sculpt workouts are all about precise and constant functional movement patterns with a touch of resistance to challenge and improve your body, mind and spirit.

Release

The Myofascial Release sessions will help you recover between workouts, and most importantly will help you move better. I cannot stress enough how important this activity is for you in the long run. Take the time to learn the sequence, and you will be able to move through the workout on your own quickly and efficiently. Myofascial release can be useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
