Engaging in any exercise or fitness program can be physically, mentally and emotionally demanding and therefore involves a certain degree of risk. These risks can include (but are not limited to) accidents, injury or illness, so please ensure that you are in good physical and mental condition before undertaking any D.S|2.0 workouts.
Please take care and exercise patience—choose only those workouts that are suitable for your level. If you are not currently involved in an exercise program, know of any past or present risk factors or have any doubt about your suitability for an exercise, please check with your medical doctor before proceeding.
Discontinue any exercise that causes you pain or excessive discomfort, pay special attention to your neck, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and wrists and stop if you feel dizzy or short of breath.
If you engage in any of the D.S|2.0 workouts, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You willingly accept and assume all of the potential risks outlined above and you release and discharge David Snively, D.S|2.0 its management and all employees, volunteers, contractors, sub-contractors and related parties or entities associated with D.S|2.0 from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action, known or unknown (including negligence), arising out of your participation in any exercise or combination of exercises in the D.S|2.0 series.
