The glutes are the largest muscle group in the body and play an important role in moving and stabilizing your body during exercise, holding your body upright and helping you to move powerfully throughout the day. The mini-band allows us to target, and thus activate, the smaller glute muscles: gluteus minimus and gluteus medius, so this sequence is a great add-on to lower body workouts.
