This is a more advanced stability ball workout, incorporating dynamic exercise movements on the unstable surface of the ball. If you haven’t worked out on a stability ball yet, I’d suggest you start with one of my other workouts and gradually progress to this one. One of the primary benefits of a stability ball is the fact that its use requires multiple muscle systems and thus it encourages the body to react as a whole, instead of only one joint or muscle group.
