This quickie workout is a great introduction to the Bala Ring set, which includes a small 5-lb ring, a medium 8-lb ring and a large 10-lb ring. By using multiple rings in compound exercises I’m able to put extra emphasis on the core in novel ways. So fun! I also wear Bala Bangles (wrist & ankle weights) to increase the load, but they are optional.
